  1. Where do you ship?
    At this time, we only ship to U.S. and APO addresses.

  2. Can I pick my books up instead of shipping?
    Absolutely! If you are local to Fayetteville, North Carolina, please enter the code "LOCAL" at checkout to remove any shipping fees. Contact Leilani at treasuredhourbookshop@gmail.com for address and to coordinate your pickup!

  3. What condition are your books in?
    All of our books are in used condition, ranging from "Like New," "Excellent," "Very Good" and "Good" used condition. On occasion, a book in "Fair" (lowest) condition may be listed if it is a particularly rare find. It is expected to often find the name inscription of a previous owner, or a gift inscription, inside the book. You may also see denotations for "ex-library." This means that a book previously belonged to a library, and often includes "discard" writing or stamps on the book. I work to accurately represent and describe book condition in photographs and description paragraph. Please feel free to ask any questions about a book prior to purchase!

  4. Where do you source your books from?
    From a variety of sources, including thrift stores, estate sales, and used book stores.

  5. Can I return or exchange my book?
    Please contact us right away if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, and take a look at our Refund page for additional information.
